OUR PASTOR:

 

Pastor Nolan has been married to his wife, Carol for 50 years, they have three children (a daughter, & two sons), and 21 grandchildren.

Pastor Nolan received his graduate’s degree in theology from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College of San Dimas California on May 12th, 1978 at the age of 29.
After 25 years of ministry he went to work on his doctorate in theology, and in April of 2004 Pastor James Nolan graduated with a doctorate in theology from the Salt Lake Baptist College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. James E. Nolan has served in full time Christian service for 39 years.
In June of 1997 Pastor Nolan founded the Bible Baptist Church of Cathedral City California; the church grew to over 100 members with an average attendance of 60.

Dr. James E. Nolan has also served as a bible college instructor at several bible colleges teaching bible college students in courses of studies, such as eschatology, hermeneutics, theology, church planting, church history, and the life of Christ. Pastor Nolan has also served as a voluntary Chaplin at the Calipatra State Prison in Calipatra California, and voluntary Chaplin at the Eisenhower Hospital in Rancho Mirage California. His ministry also includes years of marriage counseling, addiction, and anger management counseling. Pastor Nolan has a heart for reaching out to hurting people with a desire to reach them with God’s wonderful message of grace, mercy, love, hope, healing, and forgiveness.
Pastor Nolan acknowledges that only by God’s grace and mercy to him, and the help of a faithful wife of 50 years, he has been blessed.
